Cato Corporation Leases 3,860 sf at Morrilton Shopping Center

DALLAS, TX - September 22, 2003 --The Cato Corporation has leased 3,860 square feet from Morrilton Shopping Center Associates, L.P.  The location is in Morrilton Shopping Center , 100 Wal-Mart Drive in Morrilton , Arkansas and will be used as a women’s retail clothing store.  Robert Kimble of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant and landlord.
