Moe's Southwest Grill Leases 2,300 sf at Woodbridge Plaza

DALLAS, TX - September 8, 2003 --Hurst Moe’s L.P, a subsidiary of American Casual Dining, L.P., of Dallas , leased 2,300 square feet at Woodbridge Plaza Shopping Center from Woodbridge Plaza, Ltd. in Dallas .  The space will be the location for a Moe’s Southwest Grill.  Dan Shoevlin and Paul Harmon of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  Peter Kosley and Colin Berg of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord.
