Holigan Homes Purchases 8.8 Acres For Single Family Development

DALLAS, TX - August 27, 2003--Holigan Homes purchased 8.8 acres of land from KLHB Development, LLC.  The land is located at 6285 Pockrus Page Road in Denton and future use will be a single family development for the new owners.  Dan Spika of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller and the purchaser.
