1031 Exchange Buyer Purchases 21,250 sf Kingsville Plaza

DALLAS, TX - August 25, 2003--A 1031 exchange buyer has purchased a 21,250 square foot building from Kingsville Plaza Associates, LLC.  The building is locating within Kingsville Plaza , a Wal Mart outparcel center, in Kingsville , Texas .  This building will be held for investment.  Vaughn Miller of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.  Kevin Guffey of American Realty & Development represented the buyer.
