Investor Purchases 11.68 acres in Collin County

DALLAS, TX - August 20, 2003--Nadim and Souha Nimeh, of Oklahoma, have purchased 11.68 acres of land at the intersection of Highway 78 and Anson Parkway in Wylie, Collin County.  The vacant land will be used for investment purposes.  The seller was 78/Hooper, Ltd.  Tom Grunnah of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.  Jamal Khoury of United Realtor represented the buyer.
