Local Partnership Purchases 35,400 sf Shopping Center

DALLAS, TX - August 7, 2003--A local partnership purchased a 35,400 square foot shopping center, Pioneer Oaks Shopping Center, located at 4000 Pioneer Road in Balch Springs, Texas.  Meme Partners, Ltd. was the seller.  Ryan Hamilton of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.  Marilyn Lair of Remax represented the buyer.
