La Hacienda Ranch Leases 6,408 sf at Preston Trail Plaza

DALLAS, TX - August 10, 2003--La Hacienda Ranch Restaurant has leased 6,408 square feet at Preston Trail Plaza Shopping Center at 17390 Preston Road in Dallas.  The landlord is Preston Trail Plaza, Ltd.  Jerry Yoder and Dan Shoevlin of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord.  Ed Nash, Jr. of Nash Properties, Ltd. represented the tenant.
