JEH / Eagle Supply Subleases 35,000 sf from Intervoice

DALLAS, TX - July 20, 2003--JEH/ Eagle Supply has subleased 35,000 from Intervoice.  The location is at 815 Enterprise and will be used for distribution of roofing materials.  The building has 120,000 square feet and JEH/Eagle Supply will be using approximately one-third of the total square footage.  Dan Spika of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the sublessee.  Gary Collett with Cushman and Wakefield represented the sublessor.
