Dayton Glass Company Purchases 7,920 sf Building

DALLAS, TX - July 20, 2003--Dayton Glass Company has purchased a 7,920 square foot building from Southern Formals.  The space was previously the Southern Formals warehouse but will now be a commercial glass sales and installation location.  The space is located at 3165 Bisbee in Forest Hills , Texas .  David D. Martin of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.  Ken Wimberly of Ritter and Associates represented the buyer.
