Drury Acres East, Inc. Purchases 12,000 sf at Altus Plaza Shopping Center

DALLAS, TX - July 18, 2003--Drury Acres East, Inc. purchased 12,000 square feet of space at Altus Shopping Center in Altus, Oklahoma.  The seller was Altus Plaza Associates LLC.  The space will be held for investment purposes.  Vaughn Miller and Robert Kimble of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.  Brad Thessing represented the buyer.
