Washington Mutual Leases 3,332 sf at Towne North Shopping Center

DALLAS, TX - June 22, 2003--Washington Mutual leased 3,332 square feet of space at Towne North Shopping Center , 8559 N. Beltline in Irving , Texas .  The location will be used as a banking facility inside the shopping center.  Dan Shoevlin of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord.  Tami Pearson at Moody Rambin represented the tenant.
