Atlantis Trading, Ltd. Purchases 35,000 sf Land & 4,771 sf Building

DALLAS, TX - June 19, 2003--Atlantis Trading, Ltd. purchases 35,000 square feet of land and a 4,771 square foot building from La Petite Academy, Inc.  Future plans for the freestanding building will be a day care center.  Ryan Hamilton and Mark Hajdu of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.
