6.83 Acres Purchased by 80 East Partners, Ltd.

DALLAS, TX - May 22, 2003--80 East Partners, Ltd. has purchased 6.83 acres from Ben Mar Trust to be used for PAD sites.  The location is at the northeast corner of FM 740 and US 80.  Ray Utley and Ray Ellis from Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer.  Regent Consulting represented the seller.
