Troy Investments Buys 3.67 Acres

DALLAS, TX - April 30, 2003--Troy Investments of Arlington, Texas bought 3.67 acres from John Dawson.  The location is the northeast quadrant Loop 288 and Spencer Road and will be used as a storage complex.  John St. Clair of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.
