Duran Dental Clinic Buys 3,700 sf Freestanding Building

DALLAS, TX - April 30, 2003--Duran Dental Clinic bought 3,700 SF, a freestanding building, from Porcellino Enterprise.  The location is 2823 Kendale Drive in Dallas , Texas .  The location will used as a new office for Dr. Duran to expand to the Hispanic community.  Luis Pena of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer.
