HOUSTON, TX - April 29, 2003--Dream Bouquet has recently leased 1,888 square feet in the Southpoint Shopping Center at 12817 Gulf Freeway, from Southpoint Realty Partners, Ltd.  Shawn Ackerman and Mason White of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the Landlord.
