HOUSTON, TX - April 23, 2003--1800 Bering, L.P. has recently purchased a 171,305 square-foot office building located at 1800 Bering Drive, Houston, Texas, from APCAR Investment Partners.  Lance Yamasaki of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the Buyer.
