ALON USA Renews 32,296 sf Lease

DALLAS, TX - April 17, 2003--The Office and Corporate Service team of Richard L. Cullers and Carter N. Shillig of Henry S. Miller Commercial has successfully completed the 33,296 SF renewal and extension of the ALON USA corporate headquarters lease in Park Central I, located at the intersection of LBJ Freeway and North Central Expressway.   ALON USA markets quality fuel products in a fully integrated refining and marketing enterprise under the Fina brand in 7 states throughout the Southwest which is spearheaded by Jeff D. Morris as President and CEO.  The landlord Trizechahn was represented by William E. Brokaw in the negotiation.
