Antony Scalise Purchases Property to Develop Shopping Center

AUSTIN, TX - March 27, 2003--Antony Scalise purchased 4601 Southwest Parkway from Cal-Tex Holdings, LLC.  This property will be used to develop a high end retail strip center.  Susan London and Ross Love of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer.
