Henry S. Miller Commercial Completes Three Leases Totaling 31,117 sf

DALLAS, TX - March 24, 2003--The Office and Corporate Services team of Richard L. Cullers and Carter N. Shillig of Henry S. Miller Commercial have successfully completed three leases totaling 31,117 square feet in two separate buildings in the suburbs of North Dallas during the first quarter of 2003.  The first two leases are in the 192,213 SF mid rise office building, One Lake Park , located at 2140 Lake Park Boulevard , Richardson , Texas , owned by One Lake Park , LLC and managed by Hensen Williams Realty, Inc.   The third lease is located at Parkway Commons, 5068 Plano Parkway , Plano , Texas .  Sparks is headquartered in Memphis , TN and was represented by Gregg Raus of Equis and the Cullers/Shillig team represented the ownership.  Lennox to “park” unused space for a specified amount of time for future expansion.  Voice Ramp Technologies is a start up company which develops software for the telecommunications industry and is headed by Allen Adams as CEO.  Sherry Smith Adams with Smith Consulting Group represented Voice Ramp Technologies and the Cullers/Shillig team represented Lennox Industries, Inc.  DVI Financial Services, Inc. signed a new three year lease for 2,791 SF at Parkway Commons located at 5068 west Plano Parkway , Plano , TX .  DVI Financial Services, Inc. is an independent specialty finance company for healthcare providers worldwide.  Parkway Commons is owned by CMD Realty Investors, L.P. of Chicago , IL . The Cullers/Shillig team represented DVI Financial Services, Inc. and Michael Huge of the John Bowles Company represented the landlord.
