American Hometex, Inc. Purchases 20,000 sf in Grand Prairie

DALLAS, TX - March 21, 2003--American Hometex, Inc. of Hayward , C.A. bought 20,000 square feet of space in Grand Prairie , Texas located at 2969 Red Hawk.  The location will be used for distribution of home furnishings.  The seller was Sharmon Enterprises, Inc.  David Martin and Jim Turano of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer.  Mark Skinner and Chris Delzell of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.  American Hometex offers the U.S. market a complete line of quilts and other patchwork items, table and bed linens and needlepoint tapestry products.
