Shreveport Plaza, LLC Purchases Shreveport Plaza Shopping Center

DALLAS, TX - March 12, 2003--Shreveport Plaza L.L.C., of New Orleans, L.A. purchased Shreveport Plaza Shopping Center, 22,774 square feet, located at I20 and Pines Road in Shreveport, L.A..  It will operate as a class A investment property.  The seller was Shreveport Plaza Associates, L.L.C. in Hot Springs , Arkansas .  Robert Lamm and Vaughn Miller of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.
