V.N.A. Investments Co. Purchases 9.562 Acres

HOUSTON, TX - February 20, 2003 --V.N.A. Investments Co. purchased 9.562 acres at the NEC of Highway 6 S at Voss from Woodbridge Commercial Partners, Ltd.  Development plans to be made in the near future.  Bruce Jester and Johnnie Roberts of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer and Douglas Bradley of Gibraltar Realty Corp. represented the seller.
