Palm Beach Tan Leases in Woodbridge Plaza

DALLAS, TX - February 10, 2003 --Palm Beach Tan has leased 4,390 square feet in Woodbridge Plaza located at 420 Grapevine Highway in Hurst, Texas.  Collin Berg and Peter Kosley of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord, Woodbridge Plaza, Ltd. Robert H. Baker of Karns Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant.
