Advanced PC Leases 5,244 sf

DALLAS, TX - February 10, 2003 --Advanced PC, a manufacturer of computer parts, has leased 5,244 square feet of manufacturing and distribution space at 2035 Royal in Dallas, Texas.  Nathan Denton of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant. Justin Ridmour represented the landlord, Prologis.
