Arcababa, Inc. Buys Space in the Fort Worth Town Center Mall

DALLAS, TX - February 3, 2003 --Arcababa Inc. has purchased 35,000 square feet of the Fort Worth Town Center Mall for a nightclub.   The nightclub will be part of the new project for the mall to target the Hispanic community in the Fort Worth and Dallas markets. Luis Pina of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller, Fort Worth Town Center.
