La Francaise Takes 6,269 sf in Garland

DALLAS, TX - January 24, 2003 --La Francaise French Bakery has leased 6,269 square feet at 201 Gold Street, Suite 300, in Garland, Texas.   Ryan Hamilton of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  Jim Bellomy of the Jim Bellomy Co. represented the landlord.
