Arbor Contract Carpet Expands Again

DALLAS, TX - January 24, 2003 --Arbor Contract Carpet, Inc. has leased an additional 8,419 square feet at 2100 E. Union Bower Road in Irving, Texas.  This is the company’s second expansion in six months; total square feet is now at 76,056.  Al Shannon of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord.  David Hicks of the Bradford Company represented the tenant.
