American Dollar Store Leases Space in Pepper Square

DALLAS, TX - January 24, 2003 --American Dollar Store has leased 5,000 square feet at Pepper Square Shopping Center, 14,902 Preston Road, Suite 700 in Dallas, Texas.  Dan Shoevlin and Vaughn Miller of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord, Prestonwood Market Square, Ltd.  Earl Harris of the Weitzman Group represented the tenant.
