University of Florida Leases Space In Austin

AUSTIN, TX - January 23, 2003 --The University of Florida has leased 1,445 square feet in the Stratum at 11,044 Research in Austin, Texas from USAA Realco.  Jay Theisen of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.
