Tree Farm Buys Acreage for Future Nursery

DALLAS, TX - January 16, 2003 --Tree Farm, L.P. Has purchased 33.71 acres of heavy industrial land from Industrial Catering, Inc. The property, located on the southeast corner of Highway 21 and Railroad Street in Lewisville, will be used to develop a nursery. Dan Spika of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.  John Gilbert of Gilbert Commercial represented the buyer.
