The Village at Woodland Hills Changes Hands

DALLAS, TX - January 7, 2003 --The Village at Woodland Hills, Ltd. has purchased the retail center located at Memorial Drive and 68th Street, across from Woodland Hills Mall, from a Dallas-based real estate investment company. Christopher C. Leighton of Henry S. Miller Commercial brokered the transaction. Miller Realty Investment Partners , a subsidiary of Henry S. Miller Commercial, raised the $2,600,000 of the $10,864,000 purchase price for the 224,557 square foot center anchored by Sun & Ski Sports, Cinemark, Windsor Antiques, Sunshine International, Blockbuster Video, Joanne Fabrics, and Sylvan Learning Centers.
