AUSTIN, TX - January 2, 2003--Ruben Kogut purchased High Fashion Decorative Fabrics which was 27,992 sf from Barfam Enterprises, Ltd at 1122 East 51st Street in Austin.  Sue Gravett of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.
