Charbonneau Named Vice President of Henry S. Miller
Commercial's Investment/Land Division

--Robert
Stone, head of Henry S. Miller Commercial’s Senior
Housing/Multi-Family Division, announced today that Armand
Charbonneau has joined the division and has been named a
senior vice president. Armand’s primary focus will be to
manage brokerage activities in the Apartment Group.
Prior to joining Henry S. Miller Commercial, Charbonneau was
with Fairfield Residential, where he sold more than $1.2
billion of the company’s recent apartment developments.
Before managing Fairfield Residential’s sales department, he
conducted apartment development activities and investor
relations. In the early 1990s, Charbonneau was Vice
President of Acquisitions for pension fund advisor Lowe
Enterprises. In this capacity he completed the
acquisition of more than 7,000 apartment units for its pension
fund clients.
Henry
S. Miller Commercial, founded in 1914, is Texas’ largest
independent commercial real estate firm and a member of The
Commercial Network, one of the largest affiliations of
commercial real estate firms in the nation.
