TranStar Energy Co. Leases 21,000 Square Feet

DALLAS, TX - November 26, 2002--TranStar Energy Co., LP, a Denver-based company, has leased 21,000 square feet from Jeff Long Properties at 2415-39 Beatrice Street in Dallas.   Al Shannon of Henry S. Miller Commercial negotiated the transaction for the landlord.
