Arbor Contract Carpet Takes 67,584 sf for Corporate Headquarters

DALLAS, TX - September 24,  2002--After previously leasing 41,645 square feet of warehouse space at 2100 Union Bower several months ago, Arbor Contract Carpet has now leased 67,584 square feet at the address with an option to buy the building. The company will use the space as its new headquarters, moving all Metroplex operations and distribution functions from its old Century Center Boulevard address.  
Al Shannon of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord, Persimmon Trail Venture, Ltd. David Hicks of the Bradford Commercial Realty Corporation represented the tenant.
