Private Investor Purchases Jacksonville Plaza

DALLAS, TX - September 16,  2002--A private investor has purchased Jacksonville Plaza, a 16,320 square-foot shopping center located adjacent to the Wal-Mart in Jacksonville, Texas.  Vaughn Miller of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.  Jamal Khoury of United Realty represented the buyer.
