Private Investor Purchases Athens Plaza

DALLAS, TX - September 16,  2002--A private investor has purchased Athens Plaza, a 24,310 square-foot shopping center adjacent to the Wal-Mart in Athens, Texas.   Vaughn Miller of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.  Jamal Khoury of United Realty represented the buyer.
