SLJ Company Purchases Mockingbird Property for Development

DALLAS, TX -  September 10, 2002--SLJ Company, G.P. has purchased 17,500 square feet of commercial property at 4415 W. Mockingbird Lane. The property contained a gas station and car wash, which has been torn down. They will be replaced by light retail or a restaurant.  Al Shannon and Bob Lamm of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller, Wilemon Property Company, Ltd. Ken Murchison represented the buyer.
