Shopping Center Changes Hands - New Wholesale Center Planned

DALLAS, TX -  August 29, 2002--The shopping center located at 2415 – 2445 W. Northwest Highway has been sold to Bountiful Investments, L.P. by Update, Ltd.  The 75,189 square-foot shopping center, anchored by Subway and Dickey’s Barbeque, will be converted to a wholesale shopping center called International Wholesale Plaza. Eric Deuillet of Henry S. Miller Commercial negotiated the sale.
