Houston Company Purchases Land for Fort Worth Development

DALLAS, TX - August 22, 2002--SRO Investments, a Houston-based company, has purchased an 8,000-square-foot building on 2.9 acres of land at 201 and 209 NW 28th Street in Fort Worth. The property will be used for the future development of a grocery store.  Luis Pina of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer. Ted St. Clair, Jr. of the Richard D. Minker Company represented the seller, Lucky Lady Oil Company.
