1400 Sullivan Group LLC Purchases Property on Sullivan

DALLAS, TX -  August 7, 2002--After only five days on the market, 1400 Sullivan Group L.L.C. had a contract on the 10,000 square-foot building on 18,000 square feet of land at 1400 Sullivan in the ‘Cedars.’  According to Ty Underwood, the Henry S. Miller Commercial broker who represented both the buyer and seller, Ridgway Mailing Company, there were many investors interested in the property, an office/warehouse building.  “The buyer will briefly lease back to the seller until they relocate to their new building,“ said Underwood.  “Then, the property will be developed for lease out.”
