Sona Rosa Tex-Mex Restaurant to Open in Pepper Square

DALLAS, TX - July 26, 2002--Sona Rosa Tex-Mex Restaurant has leased 3,500 square feet in the Pepper Square Shopping Center at Preston and Beltline.   The space will be a new dining establishment called Sona Rosa Restaurant specializing in authentic Mexican cuisine.  Dan Shoevlin and Vaughn Miller of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented both the landlord and the tenant.
