Value & Services Logistics Adds on 66,000 sf

DALLAS, TX - July 18, 2002--Value & Services Logistic, a third party logistics handler, has leased an additional 66,000 square feet of warehouse space at 745 Henrietta Parkway, an expansion transaction that brings their total square footage to 294,000 square feet.  Michelle Hudson, CCIM, of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant and Tony Creme represented the landlord, Hillwood Development.
