Probex Corporation Moves Headquarters

DALLAS, TX - July 18, 2002--Probex Corporation has consolidated and moved into its new corporate headquarters.  The lease of 21,290 square feet at 15510 Wright Brothers Drive in Addison was due to the company’s desire to consolidate its administrative function, formerly located in the Galleria, with its manufacturing operation, formerly located in Carrollton.  Dan Spika of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented Probex Corporation.  Pat Haggerty of the Campbell Company represented the landlords, Tom Taylor, Arch Jacobson, and The Estate of James Moran.

Henry S. Miller Commercial, founded in 1914, is Texas’ largest independent commercial real estate firm and a member of The Commercial Network, one of the largest affiliations of commercial real estate firms in the nation.
