Henry S. Miller Commercial Opens New Arlington/Ft. Worth Office

DALLAS, TX - July 3,  2002--Sam G. Kartalis, president and chief operating officer, and Greg Trout, president of the Office/Industrial Division, of Henry S. Miller Commercial, announced today the opening of the company's new Arlington/Ft. Worth office in the heart Great Southwest Industrial District, headed by senior vice president, Mark Skinner.  The office, located in the Brookhollow I Building at 2301 E. Lamar Blvd., #175, will service the company's Tarrant County clientele and the market demands generated by the GSW area's estimated 78 million square feet of industrial space and 13 million square feet in office space, said Skinner.  "We've had a presence in this area for over 15 years," said Skinner.  "This office will strengthen that position and allow us to expand our brokerage operation in Tarrant to better serve the needs of our clients.  We've hired some well qualified individuals, and we are continuing to evaluate experienced brokers who can take advantage of the Henry S. Miller Commercial platform.”  The new Henry S. Miller Commercial GSW office will offer full service real estate services, including:  sales, leasing, tenant representation, dispositions, property management, development, investment analysis, appraisal, consulting and more.  Skinner's division will also reach out to the Grapevine and Coppell markets, as well as the greater Fort Worth market, said Greg Trout.  "We can't be more pleased that Mark Skinner is heading up this office," said Trout.  "With 19 years experience, 16 of which have been focused in the GSW area, we couldn't have found a more seasoned producer to grow this office."  Skinner, formerly the vice president of marketing in the GSW division of the Bradford Company, began his real estate career in 1983.  Since joining the Bradford Companies in 1986, he has consistently ranked as one of the company's top producing executives, closing more than 600 transactions with a value in excess of $85,000,000.
