Las Colinas School Building Changes Hands

DALLAS, TX - July 1,  2002--Massad and Massad Investments has purchased the building which houses the Montessori School of Las Colinas, located at 4961 North O’Connor.  The building, purchased from 114 O’Connor Ltd., is 6,500 square feet and will continue to house the school. Darrell Hurmis of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.  D and D Financial Group represented the buyer.
