SM Development Corp. Buys Acreage for Future Retail Development

DALLAS, TX - June 7, 2002--SM Development Corp. of Dallas has purchased 6.881 acres of undeveloped land at State Highway 78 and Hooper Road in Sachse, Texas. The land will be used to develop a strip shopping center and retail pad sites.  Tom Grunnah of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller, 78/Hooper, Ltd. Todd Stein of Jordan Realty Advisors represented the buyer.
