Wal-Mart SuperCenter Out Parcel Sells

DALLAS, TX - June 7, 2002--Howard and Michelle Smith have purchased an existing 13,855 square foot retail building in the Sapulpa Plaza Shopping Center located at 1012 West Taft. The property, located on a Walmart Super Center out parcel, will operate as a class A investment property.  Vaughn Miller and Robert Lamm of Henry S. Miller Commercial in Dallas, Texas represented the seller, Schnellmann Oklahoma LLC, in care of WM&K of Hot Springs, Ark. Robert Traband of Traband Realty Corp., a Tulsa-based company, represented the buyers.
