Autronic Plastics Leases Space in Perimeter Distribution Center

DALLAS, TX - June 7, 2002--Autronic Plastics, Inc. has leased 9,562 square feet in the Perimeter Distribution Center at 12601 Perimeter Drive. The company will use the space for the distribution of plastic components.  Dan Spika of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant. Michael Grant of TIG represented the landlord, Calwest Texas Properties, in care of REEF.
